Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, promotional events, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders are processed during regular business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery location, courier availability, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is handled by the shipping provider.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or failed delivery attempts.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details or failure to receive the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Customs procedures may also cause delivery delays.

معالجة الطلبات

يقع على عاتق العميل مسؤولية تقديم معلومات شحن دقيقة وكاملة عند إتمام عملية الشراء. نحن غير مسؤولين عن فشل التسليم أو التأخير أو الفقد أو أية رسوم إضافية ناجمة عن عناوين غير صحيحة أو عدم توفر المستلم أو فشل محاولات التسليم.

إذا تم إرجاع الطلب إلينا بسبب بيانات توصيل غير صحيحة أو الفشل في استلام الشحنة، قد تُطبق رسوم شحن إضافية قبل إعادة الإرسال.

الطلبات الدولية

قد تخضع الطلبات الدولية للرسوم الجمركية أو الضرائب أو رسوم الاستيراد أو غيرها من الرسوم التي تفرضها دولة الوجهة. هذه الرسوم تقع على عاتق العميل ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. كما قد تؤدي الإجراءات الجمركية إلى تأخيرات في التسليم.
