At Tara, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging with any included accessories or inserts. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at hi@taraformula.com before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hi@taraformula.com. We may request photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for opened or used beauty and personal care products, products not in their original condition, gift cards, final sale items, or items returned outside the approved return process, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other delivery-related charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different product, please contact us. Depending on availability and the condition of the original item, we may assist with an exchange or advise you to place a new order.

في تارا، نرغب بأن تشعر بالثقة أثناء التسوق معنا. إذا لم تكن راضياً عن طلبك، يمكنك طلب استرجاع وفقاً لهذه السياسة.

فترة الاسترجاع

نحن نقدم سياسة استرجاع خلال 30 يوماً. يمكنك طلب الاسترجاع خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

شروط الاسترجاع

لكي تكون مؤهلاً للاسترجاع، يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، غير مفتوح، وفي نفس الحالة التي استلمته بها، وأن يعاد في عبوته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات أو المواد المرفقة. يشترط تقديم إثبات الشراء أو تأكيد الطلب.

لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والسلامة، لا يمكن إعادة مستحضرات التجميل والعناية الشخصية المفتوحة أو المستخدمة إلا إذا كانت معيبة أو تالفة أو تم إرسال منتج غير صحيح.

إذا تمت الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع، سنزودك بالتعليمات حول كيفية وعنوان إرسال الطرد الخاص بك.

المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة أو غير الصحيحة

يرجى فحص طلبك عند استلامه. إذا كان أحد المنتجات تالفاً أو معيباً أو غير صحيح، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن على hi@taraformula.com. قد نطلب صوراً للمنتج والتغليف حتى نتمكن من مراجعة المشكلة ومعالجتها بالشكل المناسب.

المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع

لا يمكننا قبول استرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة من مستحضرات التجميل والعناية الشخصية، أو المنتجات غير الموجودة في حالتها الأصلية، أو بطاقات الهدايا، أو المنتجات التي تم تصفيتها نهائياً، أو المنتجات المُعادة خارج إجراء الاسترجاع المعتمد، إلا إذا نص القانون المعمول به على خلاف ذلك.

الاسترداد

بمجرد استلام وفحص المنتج المُعاد المعتمد، سنقوم بإبلاغك بما إذا كان سيتم قبول عملية الاسترداد. إذا تمت الموافقة، سيتم استرداد المبلغ على وسيلة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة. قد يحتاج البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع لمزيد من الوقت لمعالجة المبلغ في حسابك.

قد لا تكون رسوم الشحن الأصلية، ورسوم إعادة الشحن، والرسوم الجمركية، والضرائب، وأي رسوم مرتبطة بالتسليم قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً بموجب القانون المعمول به أو إذا كان سبب الإرجاع هو خطأ من جانبنا.
